Complaints

If you have any problems with the service provided by the firm, please first contact the person dealing with the matter, or if you prefer, his or her supervising partner. If you are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, then please speak with Melanie Grant or Jeremy P Simmonds.

We treat complaints very seriously and make every effort to deal with them effectively. We will investigate any complaint and respond as soon as we can. If, for any reason, we are unable to respond within 14 days, we will tell you why, and when we anticipate replying in full. .

If you do not believe that we have responded to your complaint within a reasonable time, or you are not satisfied with the response, you should contact the Legal Complaints Service.
