Separation and Divorce

Castle Gates

Introduction
Whatever the media might have us believe, getting a divorce is not “easy” and all too often the process can seem confusing.  A lawyer who practices regularly in this area of law will have been through the process many hundreds of time and can expertly guide you in this unfamiliar area.

For more than 25 years Melanie Grant has specialised in family law and she estimates that she has probably dealt with something in the region of  two thousand relationship breakdowns. In 2007, Julia Weber joined the firm to assist in this area of our practice.

Mediation  training and membership of  Resolution have equipped  them with vital  skills to assist clients in ending relationships without rancour. There really can be such a thing as A Good Divorce. Melanie is also trained in the collaborative process.
